Workshop Success factors in linking target group segmentation and CRM data for an optimized customer approach

Creating segments of customer groups in order to address them separately and specifically in terms of communication and sales remains a long-running issue. Usually, the attempt is made to extract segments of customers within the own customer database. However, this has the disadvantage that these customer patterns are very self-referential. INNOFACT has therefore developed a three-stage process that allows target group segmentation based on a representative survey to be matched with the company’s own CRM database.

The aim of the workshop is to explain this process and to point out opportunities, potentials and critical points for linking representative survey results with one’s own customer data.

The new INNOFACT-Agility-Tool: How your own market research organisation can be noticeably relieved of the burden

Agile market research thinking is a requirement of many companies today. But to act flexibly, quickly, tactically and in small steps also means more administration for operational market research departments. INNOFACT has therefore developed its own platform as a white-label portal that can be implemented and customized in every company as a service center – in each case precisely tailored to the individual market research goals. In this way, projects can be initiated quickly and unbureaucratically where the need arises: in each specialist department itself.

The tool guides you step by step through the selection of the study design and the target group. The tool stores coordinated selection options, prices or, for example, standard questionnaires in advance. INNOFACT carries out the market research quality check by market researchers for market researchers after receipt of the study request.

Once the project has been approved, the market researchers from INNOFACT then take action to ensure the consistent standards in implementation and evaluation. This relieves the burden on the central market research unit and accelerates the bidding and ordering process, as it can concentrate on controlling the projects and does not have to deal, for example, with briefing, bid preparation or selecting the study design. At the same time, the market research department retains complete control and transparency over all ongoing study activities via the INNOFACT agility portal.
